Munich- “ in fashion Munich”  is the name of the interesting meeting for fashion designers, brands and producers. Which took place from the 10th till the 8th of November 2007 in Munich. The Czech republic was represented by three brands; E- daniely, HH- Hana Havelková and Helene Fejková from Prague. A fabulous response was gained by their co operational fashion show, as well their collective commercial exhibition. In which the business world from whole Europe could see the new collection SPRING/ SUMMER 2008  from these three parties.

It came fast, the yearly performance, although in our studio was a total schizophrenic atmosphere. In combination with the fashion show in Peking (more of this you can find on an other spot on this website) we didn’t know what to sew first.

The 20th of November 2007- 5 pm and 8 pm

It will be the stage of two representative fashion shows TREND 2008 from Helena Fejková. Helena Fejková works always from a theme, it is her personal way to work to a concept. You will see the male classic line which she created for the Italian- German brand REGENT.

Further on you can see the two big SPRING/SUMMER and also the AUTUMN/WINTER Collection in the line of FOR MEN FREE and FOR WOMEN FREE. At the end there will be the three collections with the amazing interesting designs inspired of Antonio Gaudi.

PRAGUE FOOD FESTIVAL, was this year on the 6 th of September 2007. Due to the festive meeting and the distribution of the gastronomic awards in Museum Kampa (Sovovy mlýny) it was there opened. This time it wasn’t only about the magnificent restaurants and dishes but also about fashion. The main heroes of the festival – the amazing chef du cuisine- invited on stage the extraordinary “Gastro-models” from the best Czech fashion creators. The creation of Helena Fejková, named ‘BOUQUET’ worn by Adéla Gondíková.
Lucie Fejková created the hat to this item.  The performance on Saturday, which was also shown at the Czech television station Česká televize, in the fully crowed museum Sovovy mlýny, this time worn by Bára Mužíková.

NEW YORK – the “white” collection SPRING/ SUMMER 2008 from Helena Fejková was shown from the 16th of September till the 18th the same month in New York. And according to that it was called WHITE YORK. The viewing in the USA was connected to the fashion fair PLATFORM 2 and the introduction of our brand at that side of the ocean.  It is already a year ago that we presented us in America.

PEKING – The main capital of China was at 30th October 2007 the second Metro pole, where the Czech fashion was represented by Helena Fejková. In cooperation with the state of Czech Replblic we showed the successful collection ROMANCE, CUBISM and BAROQUE, which were based on the three most important episodes of Czech Republic. It had a relation with the show we gave in Palace Černín (Černínský Palác) and in Paris at La Defense.

The first spring day of 2007, started at the German embassy in Prague in the name of fashion. Two fashion designers -SISI WASABI from Berlin and HELENA FEJKOVÁ from Prague gave a festive opening to the spring that year in connection to the three monthly German Czech Culture item. The fashion show of both creators was seen by a remarkable audience from diplomacy, politicians and many who have never took place together in one room. With a poem, the audience were welcomed and also mister Helmut  Elfenkämper. His wife Ulla was the soul of the whole project. She was specially dressed for this evening by Helena. The presentation was in hands of Hanka Švejnohová spoken in three languages. For the first time in Prague, out of the gallery, we also could present your male brand REGENT. The production was in hands of Milada Karasová and the mannequins made a magnificent event out of it. The choreography and directory was made by Lenka Vinická. She gave Honza Franta the free space to a concept which she interpret in a fluent piece. The end was traditionally with a defilee and big bunches of flowers.

  • PRAVO - entertaining enclosure STYL- a national daily newspaper- page 10-12 under the name “ fashion designer with the walking shoes” showed a big article about the creative process of the designer in the last three years, and according to this article she reached an highlight with the fashion show in Paris at the 21.4.2006 (published 7.11.2006)

Helena Fejková was invited for a further viewing of her collection TRENDS 2007 in Trutnov. The happing took place in Bohuslav Martinu- the concert hall. For a small number of people took this remarkable performance place, in the entourage of the renovated church with her attractive seats.

The contribution by Helena Fejková on PRAGUE FASHION WEEK (PFW) is more and more often. The fashion shows took place in “Lucerna” or in PFW centre- in Galerie Mánes (Masarykovo nábřeží 250, Prag 1). This year in took place on the 18th of November 2006 in “Mánes”. She showed a original performance with the collection „PRIMÁTORSKÁ", in which Helena Fejková introduced a spectacular line from fur and leather. Pictures you can find on this website.

Under the title name ”Helena Fejková- fashion show 2007” (1.11.2006) took in the big hall of palace Lucerna in Prague a renewed performance of TRENDS 2007 place. The main part of this charity evening in favourite of people in need. The response of the audience at the time of this evening and later on was a big reward for Helena Fejková and the event managers. Again was the main ingredient of this project Design and Ballet. The theme of clarity, poetry were the concept of the fashion show for the collection RELAX, ROMANCE, CUBISM, BAROQUE. We would like to mention the success of this years project is not only due to Helena Fejková but also Choreographer of the Prague national ballet Jan Kodet, the director Lenka Vinická and all five solo dancers and the crew of the ballet. An extension of the assortment of the fashion gallery- this time it is about luxurious cosmetics- ELIZABETH ARDEN (USA). The fully assortment of this highly attractive brand became a part of the Gallery since October 2006. More information www.parfumerie.cz

Helena Fejková took part in the interesting trade fair PLATFORM 2 in New York. In cooperation with CZECH TRADE. In TRADE FASHION SALON she was together with 5 other Czech fashion designers committed under FASHION POINT ALLIANCE.

At 29.5.2006 was the first Trade mission of the new FASHION POINT ALLIANCE (the Czech clothing and designer brands) in the Dutch city Den Haag. All 12 participants, including Helena Fejková we present. Every brand, which found there residents in the Czech Embassy, showed with 12 pieces from the category unique pieces or limited edition. Theme; spring 2007. Helena Fejková choose for this opportunity the collection “ Romance” from Trends 2007. It looks like that this event of the cooperation was successful, because the Dutch Journalists, businessmen, the audience and the ambassador were surprised that on the east side of Paris is also good Fashion to find!

On Sunday, the 4th of July 2006, in Hotel Diplomat took the traditional fashion show for handicapped people place. The Prague foundation for handicapped people in wheelchairs. Remarkable was the participation of handicapped models, who together with the models of the agency Czechoslovak Models presented the brands E-Daniely, Helena Fejková and Tatiana.

Still we receive response for the presentation we gave In Palace Černín (Černínský Palác) with TRENDS 2007. One of the nicest came from the doctor Věnceslava Svobodová who gave credits for the intention and concept. This year performance for the new collection of Helena Fejková in palace Černín, organized in favourite of people in need and there projects. Support for women and children in Namibia.
